By accessing or using the Uptara platform (uptara.co), APIs, or synthetic monitoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
You agree to only monitor endpoints, servers, and APIs that you own, operate, or have explicit permission to test. You may not use Uptara to launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, perform unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or violate third-party service agreements.
Paid subscription plans (Pro and Business) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay or authorized payment gateways. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Team Settings dashboard.
Uptara strives to maintain 99.99% availability for our global probing infrastructure and status page hosting. While we make every effort to deliver timely alert notifications via WhatsApp, Slack, and webhooks, delivery may be subject to downstream network conditions.
In no event shall Uptara Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the monitoring service.
