Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
We support both USD ($) globally via Stripe and INR (₹) via Razorpay. We accept all major international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as UPI, Netbanking, and RuPay for INR customers. Enterprise annual plans also support US ACH direct debit, UK Faster Payments / BACS, and international SWIFT wire transfers.
Can I add our company VAT, GST, or Tax ID to our invoices?
Yes. In Team Settings > Billing, you can add your company legal entity name, address, and VAT registration (e.g. UK GB VAT, EU VAT), GSTIN, or US EIN/Tax ID. Invoices are automatically generated with compliant tax lines and reverse-charge references where applicable.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes. You save ~20% with annual billing across paid tiers (Pro and Business) in both USD and INR when paid annually upfront. Enterprise annual contracts also feature bespoke multi-year and volume terms.
Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated adjustments.
